The fuel cell ferry project  (SF-BREEZE) examined the technical, regulatory, and economic feasibility of a zero-emission, high-speed passenger ferry powered solely by hydrogen fuel cells and its associated hydrogen fueling infrastructure within the context of the San Francisco Bay.
